Its an RGB LED Controller Motherboard which is used to control the LED PCB this mother board has many ICs to control the LED like LED driver IC, Microcontroller, Voltage regulator, Push buttons, 7 segment Display, It has two male connector and three female connector. 74HC164D is a high speed CMOS 8-BIT SERIAL-IN PARALLEL-OUT SHIFT REGISTER fabricated with silicon gate C 2MOS technology. It achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent LSTTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. It has an SMD mic a 220uF 35V capacitor.
